New year, similar plans

If you tell enough people that you're looking for local people who sew, connections will happen. Thank you, friends, for putting me in touch with some great people who are involved in costume design (among many other things) in New York! Pictured here is "Aunt Michelle." She's not my aunt, but she's a talented sewer in the Catskills who is working on more blanket jackets as I write this email.

What are you planning for 2026? I've outlined the markets I want to be a part of this year, and have already been accepted to Hawthorne Valley Roots & Relics in March and Brimfield in July. I'm experimenting with new designs, and new approaches to production so that I can make more inventory (it's all about inventory). Next steps will be talking to the city of Hudson to better understand what's possible in my building.
