Micro mosaic pins and brooches were popular in 18th and 19th century Italy. This is a reproduction from more recently than that...but not much! It's vintage from my grandmother's personal collection. I would say probably 1940s or 1950s? I love how the rope gold chain elevates it to a more gothic style.
